ISIS militants reportedly used mustard gas against the contingent of U.S. and Australian army instructors in Iraq.

According to CBS News, the attack took place on April 16. 25 locals, six of them Iraqi army servicemen, sought medical help; the soldiers had trouble breathing, a U.S. army official said. He added that gas masks and other means of chemical protection are now spread among the troops – to prevent possible consequences of next attacks.

That’s the second chemical attack committed by the ISIS over the last few days. Previously, the militants reportedly used some sort of poisonous substances during fights in the western part of Mosul.
