According to “Interfax-Azerbaijan”, it has been made possible thanks to the publications on Twitter by Turks and Azerbaijanis living in different countries of the world, about the genocide commited in February 1992 against civilians in the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly and the Armenian vandalism.
