The national observatory will be established in Azerbaijan to monitor labor market until 2020, Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population Salim Muslimov told reporters in Baku Nov. 28.
The minister said that this issue will be discussed today with international organizations, including the World Bank (WB), the European Union (EU), the European Training Foundation and others.
Muslimov added that the EU will help Azerbaijan to create the observatory.
Speaking about the importance of creating the observatory, the minister stressed that today the ministry is unable to assess the labor market alone, therefore, the creation of the observatory is a very important step.
