The units of Armenian Armed Forces continue to take action in order to inflame the situation in the entire frontline.

As the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan informs, the Armenian side has once again made attempts of provocation in the direction of Talish village. As a result of the vigilance of the units stationed on the frontline, the attempts of Armenian military units to approach to the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces have strongly been thwarted.

During the clashes, the units of Armenian Armed Forces were forced to retreat suffering losses. There have been no casualties among the personnel of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Defense also said that Armenian military units violated ceasefire 129 times in various directions of frontline using 60-mm and 82-mm mortars (9 shells), as well as heavy machine guns.

Armenian armed units fired the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces located on the nameless heights in the villages of Kohnegishlag, Gushchu Ayrim, Farahli, Kemerli and nameless heights of Gazakh district from the positions located in the villages of Paravakar of Ijevan district, Voskevan, Shavarshavan, Dovekh and nameless heights of Noyemberyan district of Armenia. Azerbaijani positions in the villages of Munjuglu, Agbulag of Tovuz district were fired from the Armenian positions located in Aygedzor and Chinari villages of Berd district of Armenia.

The positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces were also fired from Armenian positions located near the occupied Goyarkh, Chilaburt villages of Terter district, Garagashli, Sarijali, Namirli, Marzili, Javahirli villages of Aghdam district, Kuropatkino village of Khojavend district, Gorgan, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Ashagi Veyselli villages of Fuzuli district, Mehdili village of Jabrayil district, as well as the nameless heights of Goranboy, Terter, Aghdam, Khojavend, Fuzuli and Jabrayil districts.

Adequate response measures have been taken by Azerbaijani military units in accordance with the operational situation.
