On 17^th November 2016, Azerbaijani company “B.EST Solutions” – the provider of National Mobile-ID (Asan İmza) service in Azerbaijan, and Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) signed a contract on ISESCO BESTDOC PORTAL pilot phase project in Rabat, capital of Kingdom of Morocco. The main subject of the contract is the cooperation of the parties in development and implementation of the advanced cross-border eID and e-workflow platform for ISESCO.

The portal, titled “ISESCO BESTDOC PORTAL”, will be functioning on the basis of a unique digital identity tool – ISESCO ID, designated specially for ISESCO based on the Azerbaijani technologies of electronic and mobile identity – “Asan ID” and “Asan İmza”, and will provide an opportunity to all 52 ISESCO member states to interact within single e-environment aiming to improve the process of document workflow. The system will support such functionalities as strong authentication and validation of electronic digital signatures of the users via ISESCO ID & m-ID, e-signing, storing and sharing of documents.

It is worth to note that implementation of such internal digital identity tool within an international organization is the first-ever innovative project of such kind globally.

The presentation of ISESCO BESTDOC PORTAL project took place during 36^th session of Executive Council and 12^th session of General Conference of ISESCO held in in Baku, Azerbaijan in November last year.
