The Armenian diaspora resorted to provocation during the annual “Immortal Regiment” march in Moscow.
According to APA, the representatives of Armenian diaspora shouted “Artsakh” flaunting the flags of the separatist regime. A conflict arose between Armenians and young activists of the Azerbaijani diaspora near the “Belorusskaya” metro station.
The activists of the Azerbaijani diaspora demanded the Armenians to take the flags of the separatist regime down. At that time, the Armenians attacked the Azerbaijanis, resulting in the injury of some of them. The police officers who were at the scene, immediately intervened.
The Azerbaijanis demanded the Police and Special Forces to make the Armenians take those flags down. But the police did not pay attention to it. The convoy of Armenians went further being escorted by the OMON in order to prevent a conflict between the Armenians and Azerbaijanians. The Azerbaijani participants were detained for some time. They joined the march later.
