The deaf Iraqi boy facing deportation from UK – Video

Lawand Hamadamin’s family fled Iraq in 2015 because, they say, so-called Islamic State had threatened to kill disabled children.

They came to the UK after a year in a French refugee camp and he’s now at a British school, learning sign language.

But the family are facing deportation to Germany because they entered the UK illegally.
