Al Reem Island is a popular locality among buyers and comparable to Dubai Marina for its luxury offerings and waterfront views. It is also home to some of the most stunning architecture in the city, so that is another plus.
Al Raha Beach
The second most popular locality for renting apartments in Abu Dhabi was Al Raha Beach, queries for which made up 8 percent of the total searches. Though rents here are slightly dear, the amenities and environment more than make up for it. This locality provides high-end residential apartments with stunning views of the Persian Gulf. It is also close to the airport and entertainment destinations like the Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld, making it even more appealing to prospective tenants.
Khalifa City A
This particular locality became the third most searched area for renting apartments in Abu Dhabi. Khalifa City A also secured 8 percent of the total search hits. Similar to the first two localities, Khalifa City A also offers an array of apartments for all types of customers. It is close to the main island and the airport and one of most adequately equipped areas in the capital. All in all, this is an ideal place to live with a family.
Al Muroor
The fourth spot on the most popular localities for renting apartments in UAE’s capital was Al Muroor. The locality received 6 percent of all search queries for apartments in Q3. This area also provides unprecedented facilities to residents to support a quality living environment. The locality is well-suited to newly-married couples or small families.
Corniche Area
Corniche Area secured the fifth position by receiving 6 percent of the total search hits for rental apartments available in Abu Dhabi. This particular locality forms a curve on the western side of the main Abu Dhabi island and is well-supplied with an organized network of cycle paths, fountains and ample space for greenery in the form of parks.
