In an Instagram video HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is seen helping a turtle back into the sea.

Posted by HH Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, the video is captioned: “The desert and the sea are equal parts of the UAE heritage, but not all people know them both as well as Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.”
