We’ve begun work on an area spanning 23 hectares, that will welcome 25 million visitors. After the Expo is over, the site will become the heart of the vibrant new city we are building in the middle of the desert – Dubai South – also home to the largest airport in the world. Despite the heat of the sun today, the presence of a young team building a new monument to national pride was a source of comfort and happiness.”
