Oxu.Az reports with reference to RIA Novosti that the due statement came from US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick.
Last meeting of the heads of Armenia and Azerbaijan took place on June 20 in St. Petersburg in a trilateral format with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Earlier, Sargsyan and Aliyev meet on May 16 in Vienna.
“During the meeting in Vienna and St. Petersburg, the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia confirmed willingness to the next meeting with a view to ensuring progress in the negotiation process. We continue to work on exploring the possibility of organizing the next meeting between the presidents and keep in touch with the presidents and foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia to discuss the current proposals on the organization of the meeting,” Warlick said.
