ISIS child suicide bomber aged between 12 and 13 was thwarted in Iraq

ISIS holds thousands of boys captive  in Syria and Iraq, to use them as suicide bombers.

One of the children, a boy of fourteen, managed to escape from captivity and reach Syrian government troops after the field commander had ordered him to kill his brother. The child said that ISIS teaches prisoners the way to kill and how to prove their loyalty to the commander.

According to some analysts children are easier to train as suicide bombers than adults.  Such boys are called “cubs.”

It is reported that last year 39% of the “cubs” were killed by exploding cars, 33% were killed during ground operations, 4% committed mass suicide bombings.
