KUALA LUMPUR: Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met, on Friday, with Najib Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Sheikh Abdullah conveyed the greetings of the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the Prime Minister Razak.
Razak reciprocated his regards to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid and Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed while wishing for greater progress and prosperity to the UAE.
They also discussed the co-operation between the UAE and Malaysia and ways of enhancing them for the best interests of their people. Sheikh Abdullah hailed the distinguished relations between the UAE and Malaysia, in the light of the ongoing support of their leadership and their desire to develop them.
Razak praised the progress being witnessed by the UAE, due to the vision of its prudent leadership and its pioneering regional and international stature.
Hishammuddin Hussein, Malaysia’s Minister of Defence, and Khalid Ghanem Al Ghaith, UAE Ambassador to Malaysia, were also present during the meeting.
