Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority has banned the entry of Ariel Elyse Gold, a 40-year-old Jewish American woman.

The Authority said Gold was a known anti-Israel boycott activist as part of the Code Pink organization. She was barred entry following an order issued by Interior Minister Aryeh Deri at the recommendation of Strategic Affairs Minister Gilad Erdan.
