Young and quite well known Turkish journalist Emir Ekşioğlu (Twitter @emireksioglu ) announced his intention to run for the Turkish Parliament from the Justice and Development party.
Ekşioğlu, 23, chose a Kurdish-populated Hakkari province, on the South-East of Turkey. This province borders on Iran and Iraq and is one of the provinces in which the activity of PKK terrorist organization can be witnessed.
It is noteworthy that Emir Ekşioğlu is editor-in-Chief of BOXER and author in Huffington Post.
