The Dubai international airport on Thursday issued an advisory to all passengers flying out of the emirate until Friday morning.

“Dubai Airports advises customers travelling to DXB this weekend to allow extra time to reach the airport due to scheduled road works,” the airport said.

“Traffic delays on Airport Road in both directions may occur between the hours of 11am on Thursday, April 19, and 7am on Friday, April 20,” the announcement added.
