At least three suspects were arrested during anti-narcotics operations across Turkey, police sources said on Friday.
In Turkey’s central Anatolian province of Eskisehir, one suspect has been arrested after 2.7 kilograms of marijuana have been seized in his house, said a police source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on talking to the media.
The suspect was later remanded in custody by a court.
In the western province of Kutahya, Turkish police arrested two suspects identified as Ali C. (38) and Onur K. (26).
The suspects were remanded in custody by a court on charges of drug trafficking.
In Turkey’s central Anatolian province of Sivas, one suspect has been arrested for drug-smuggling.
