Azerbaijan was ranked first among the countries with the most simplified procedure for obtaining visas. According to Trend, this is stated in the article of the British magazine Wanderlust.

The magazine notes that switching to the electronic system of issuing visas has significantly reduced the issuing time and cost of obtaining a visa to Azerbaijan.

The publication also notes that the measures taken by the government have made the process of issuing visas much simpler and it takes only a few days.

According to the British magazine, Cambodia took the second place after the transition to an electronic system of issuing visas.

The third place was taken by Sri Lanka, where the process of obtaining a visa takes no more than 24 hours and does not require an interview.

Sri Lanka is followed by Tajikistan, where an electronic visa application form was introduced last year. Now, only a copy of the passport is required for obtaining permission to enter Tajikistan.

The last place in the TOP-5 countries with the most simplified visa procedure is held by Vietnam. The process of obtaining a visa to this country takes a maximum of three days and everything is done through an online system.
