Kuwaiti airline Jazeera Airways has recently made its first flight to Baku. The liner landed at the International Airport of Heydar Aliyev and the ceremonial “water salute” was held there . In this regard, four fire engines watered the airplane inside of which there were passengers.
In the first flight from Kuwait City, passengers, as well as special guests in the persons of C.E.O of Jazeera Airways Rohit Ramachandra, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kuwait Elkhan Gahramanov, Consul of Azerbaijan in Kuwait Mirdavud Sultanov and others arrived in Baku. In addition to the spectacular water salute, the passengers of the airplane got another surprise – boxes of presents with Azerbaijani sweets, sim-card from Nar Mobile and many other things.
As for the pricing policy of airlines, according to the representatives, the prices are floating and depend on seasons. Currently, the Kuwait-Baku-Kuwait flight costs about $ 400.
