A self-defence technique developed by the Israeli military is gaining in popularity in the UK.
Krav Maga, or “contact-combat” in Hebrew, is particularly popular with Jewish people because of its link to Israel.
Some have started training because of concerns over anti-Semitic hate crime. Figures compiled by the charity the Community Security Trust suggest incidents are at a record high in Britain.
