The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces said one of its soldiers has died in Yemen.

The soldier Rashid Al Hebsi was taking part in the Saudi-led coalition Restoring Hope.

In June, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs said that military action and presence in the field will continue to counter rebels and to return Yemen to Arab fold.

“The Riyadh-Abu Dhabi alliance will emerge stronger from this crisis as dictated by strategic necessities,” he said.
