Prime Minister and  Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani yesterday met President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in Ankara. The Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Turkish President, wishing him and the Turkish people further development and prosperity.

President Erdogan entrusted the Prime Minister with his greetings to the Emir, wishing him the best of health and happiness and further development and prosperity for Qatar. Talks dealt with bilateral relations and means of enhancing them in various fields. The Prime Minister earlier met his Turkish counterpart Binali Yildirim at the Cankaya Palace and attended a luncheon banquet hosted in honour of him and accompanying delegation.
