More than 136,000 refugees found jobs in Germany this spring, the country’s Federal Employment Agency announced.
Of those employed in May, 99,000 obtained regular jobs which include insurance benefits. A further 37,000 were employed on a temporary basis.
The agency added that the majority of refugees who obtained jobs had arrived in Germany prior to 2015.
