You’ve almost certainly seen Burj Khalifa, you’ve probably even gawped at it from up close, and you might even have enjoyed one of the restaurants inside. Yet it’s rare that we get a glimpse at what it is like to live inside, and specifically what it’s like in one of the penthouses.
But now real estate agent Knight Frank have offered us an insight into how the other half live by listing a luxurious four-bedroom property inside the world’s tallest building.
And the cost? A cool Dhs70 MILLION
So what bang do you get for you buck? Well to start with, the swish mid-level apartment comes with an interior design palette by the world famous ‘Bishop Design’.
Spread across 8,000 sq ft, it has it’s own private terrace and is framed completely by floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, meaning unobstructed views over the Dubai Fountains.
Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite, while there are three reception rooms, too. And there is, of course, swimming pool, gym, concierge and valet parking.
The property is certainly one of the most expensive on the market at the moment, though falls some way short of the Omniyat development on The Palm, known as One, which is set to launch penthouses that will cost up to Dhs181 million.
And earlier this year, Al Habtoor Group sold the first of twelve penthouses in the Ultimate Collection, the most expensive of which was listed at Dhs210 million.
