Kurdish militants carried out a car bomb attack on a military outpost in southeast Turkey and then opened fire on the facility on Saturday, wounding 11 soldiers, security sources said.
They said the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militant attack targeted the Cevizpinar village outpost in Mardin province, near the border with Syria, around 1 p.m. (1000 GMT).
